TOPSHAM SELECT BOARD MEETING

Monday, July 18, 2022

Present: Larry Hart, Bradford Calhoun, Thomas Otterman and Carl Hildebrandt (Select Board) and Cynthia Flannigan (Town Clerk/Treasurer)

Absent: Jim Bulger and Janice Emerson (Administrative Assistant)

Meeting called to order at 6:05 pm.
Tom Otterman was appointed Chair in Jim Bulger's absence.

Tax Rate – Motion made by Brad Calhoun and seconded by Larry Hart to set the Municipal Tax Rate at $0.6668. Passed unanimously. The Homestead Educational Tax rate is $1.4138.The Non-Homestead Educational Tax Rate is $1.5165.
