TOPSHAM SELECT BOARD MEETING MINUTES

August 21, 2023

Present:  James Bulger, Jake Thompson, Bradford Calhoun, Carl Hildebrandt (Select Board), Cynthia Flannigan (Clerk/Treasurer) and Donna Otterman.

Visitors:  Jim Clark, John Hood, Polly Stryker (Planning Commission), Kevin Geiger (TRORC), Dylan and Chelsea Maguire, CJ and Sue Altland.

The meeting was called to order at 6:17 PM.

Town Plan – The meeting was opened for the Public Hearing on the Town Plan. The Board reviewed the plan. 

Jim Bulger thanked the Planning Commission for all their hard work in developing the plan and thanked TRORC for working with the Town throughout the process.

Jim Bulger asked the visitors if they had any questions or comments. A few questions were asked and some comments were made. There were no changes made to the plan.

A motion was made by Jake Thompson and seconded by Carl Hildebrandt to approve the Town plan and submit it to TRORC for approval. Passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Carl Hildebrandt and seconded by Jake Thompson to adjourn the meeting. Passed unanimously.

Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
