Town Plan Public Hearing Notice 

Town of Topsham, Vermont 

The Planning Commission of the Town of Topsham will hold a hearing on the proposed revision of the Topsham Town Plan on Monday June 19, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Topsham Town Office, 6 Harts Road, East Topsham, Vermont 05076. 

The Planning Commission invites comments at this Public Hearing or they can be submitted ahead of time to the Planning Commission via mail sent to the address above or to PO BOX 69, East Topsham, Vermont 05076. The proposed draft Town Plan replaces the previous plan in its entirety and covers all lands within the Town of Topsham. The Town Plan is meant to guide actions by the Town and development within the town over the next eight years. Full copies of the draft Town Plan and maps are available from the Topsham town clerk at the town office. Below is a summary of the proposal.
