Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm.
Motion made by Tom Otterman and seconded by Brad Calhoun to approve minutes from meeting of June 28, 2021. Passed unanimously.

HIGHWAY
Road Report – Guy Welch updated the Board on roadwork and equipment.
He is waiting to hear back from the State regarding the dangerous intersection of Willey Hill Rd and Route 302.
Garage Site – Tom Otterman will contact Robert Townsend before the next meeting.
Garage Inspection Report – Terry Murphy and Joey Otterman will report back with quotes for repairs needed.
New Truck – Motion made by Tom Otterman and seconded by Brad Calhoun to purchase a new truck with a 5 year note. Passed unanimously. It is a 2022 Western Star, model 47005F. The price is $199,734 and will be $164,734 after the $35,000 trade in. There will be 3.37% interest, for an annual total of $35,154.45. Motion made by Brad Calhoun and seconded by Carl Hildebrandt for the Chair to sign the paperwork. Passed unanimously.
Sale of Equipment – Motion made by Tom Otterman and seconded by Brad Calhoun to sell the 1999 F-350 truck by sealed bid. Passed unanimously.
Pike Hill Bridge Grant – Motion made by Brad Calhoun and seconded by Carl Hildebrandt for Larry Hart, Chair, to sign the paperwork. Passed unanimously.
GENERAL
Employee Personnel Policy – will be discussed at the next meeting
CORRESPONDENCE
TRORC-ARPA – The Board reviewed. No interest at this time. Cindy Flannigan will respond to TRORC.
VT Dept of Housing – Municipal Planning Grant. The Board reviewed. No interest at this time.
BEE the Change – Will be referred to the School Board.
Use of Town Hall – Motion made by Tom Otterman and seconded by Brad Calhoun to approve use of the Town Hall for the Church Rummage Sale September 13th -September 27th. Passed unanimously.
FINANCIAL
The Board reviewed and signed Order #2113 in the amount of $27,530.78 for accounts payable and $8,334.09 for payroll.
OTHER
There will be a celebration of life for John and Juanita Claflin on Sunday, July 18th at the East Corinth Ball Field at 1:00 pm. Their burial is Tuesday, July 20th at 10:00am at the East Topsham Cemetery.
